For nearly three decades, Susie Pratt has been selling real estate in Northern Westchester. She spent her formative years in Croton-on-Hudson and Yorktown Heights, where her family owned and operated the legendary Peter Pratt's Inn. Susie is still very much connected to her roots and credits her teenage years working in the family business to be a sound training ground for what would become a diverse and richly fulfilling career in LA and NYC as a working actress on daytime television.
In 1991, Susie and her family moved back to Northern Westchester, where she and her husband raised their three children in the Bedford School District.
Inspired by the seamless transaction of selling their starter home in Pound Ridge, Susie became a licensed real estate salesperson in 1996, opening a new and exciting chapter in her professional life. She quickly discovered how much she loved the challenge of finding the perfect match for every home, and consistently earned Silver, Gold and Platinum Awards for her success.
A lifelong equestrian, Susie bought her first horse at the age of 13 with the tips she earned over the course of three seasons working as a coat checker at Peter Pratt's. Fully at home in Northern Westchester's horse country, and thanks to her two daughters' ardent dedication and experience with competing, boarding and pony club, she has intimate knowledge of the region's equestrian resources.
Licensed in both New York and Florida, Susie's transactions include everything from horse properties and compounds to starter homes and condos. She is a skilled and passionate negotiator, equally adept at guiding both buyers and sellers through the dynamic real estate markets she serves.
